System status
Live status, uptime history, and incident updates are published on a separate status site, hosted apart from TeeMarshal so it stays up if we have a problem.
What we report on
The status site tracks each of these separately. This page does not show live status.
Booking engine
Your public booking site, where golfers find and pay for tee times.
Admin
The staff app: tee sheet, rates, golfers, messages, reports, and settings.
Payments
Checkout, refunds, and card readers, processed through Stripe.
Messaging
Email and text confirmations, reminders, and campaigns.
Phone agent
The AI assistant that answers booking calls, and hand-off to your pro shop.
During an incident
- We post on the status site as soon as we confirm a problem, and update it until it is resolved.
- You can subscribe to updates by email on the status site.
- The tee sheet keeps the current day cached on your device, so staff can still see the sheet and check golfers in if the connection drops. Changes made offline sync when you are back online.
- If something looks wrong and the status site says all clear, tell us at support@teemarshal.com.
