What you get

One system from the first phone call to the monthly report

Built for the pro shop counter, the starter's tablet, and the golfer's phone. The two features marked as rolling out are not generally available yet.

Tee sheet

Drag to move a group, block a league, shift a frost delay, and check in from the counter or the starter's tablet. Updates live on every screen.

Online booking on your own domain

Golfers book at book.yourcourse.com with your logo and colors. Guest checkout, all-in prices, and no marketplace listing next to yours.

Payments with Stripe

You are the merchant of record. Money goes from the golfer to your Stripe account. Prepay, deposits, no-show charges, refunds, and rain checks.

Golfer CRM

Every golfer who books is your customer record: rounds, spend, no-shows, tags, and consent. Search 50,000 golfers without waiting.

Email and SMS

Confirmations and reminders go out on their own. Send campaigns to segments you build. Consent, quiet hours, and STOP handling are built in.

Reporting with GA4

Rounds, revenue, and utilization by day and hour. Purchase events land in your own Google Analytics so your ad spend is measurable.

AI phone agent

Rolling out
Answers the calls you miss, quotes only real prices from your sheet, books the time, and hands off to the pro shop when a caller wants a person.

Dynamic pricing

Rules you write, inside a floor and ceiling you set. Start in suggest mode and approve each change, or let the rules run.

Waitlist and no-show recovery

When a group cancels, the waitlist gets a text with a one-tap link. Likely no-shows are asked to confirm the day before.

Marketing autopilot

Each Monday it finds next week's soft spots and drafts a text and an email for the right golfers. You approve with one click.

Reserve with Google

Rolling out
A Book Online button on your Google listing that leads to your tee sheet, not to a marketplace.

Also on the way

Pro shop POS, gift cards and passes, memberships, leagues and outings, and multi-course dashboards. See the full list and where each one stands.

Your data stays yours

If you leave, everything leaves with you

The fastest way to judge a software vendor is to ask how you get out. Here is our answer.

  • Export everything. One button builds a zip of CSV files: golfers, bookings, payments, refunds, rain checks, rates, messages, and the audit log.
  • Public API and webhooks. Read and write bookings and golfers from your own tools. No partner fee, no approval process.
  • Leave any time. Month to month, cancel in the app. No exit fee and no data held back.
  • No marketplace. We do not sell tee times to golfers, so we have no reason to email yours.

Switching

Bring your golfers and your bookings with you

Upload the exports from your current system. TeeMarshal recognizes the file, shows you exactly what will be created, and saves nothing until you say so.

The barter math

Free software is the most expensive kind

A barter deal trades tee times for software. The vendor sells those times on its marketplace and keeps the money. Put a number on it.

Worked example

A hypothetical course trades 2 tee times a day. Its average green fee is $45, a foursome plays each time, the course is open 300 days, and it would have sold 75% of those spots itself.

2 × 4 × $45 × 75% × 300 = $81,000 a year

TeeMarshal Pro for the same year is $4,188. This is an illustration, not a customer result. Use the calculator with your own numbers.

  • Barter times are often the ones golfers want most, which are the ones you could sell yourself.
  • The golfer who books on a marketplace gets the marketplace's emails afterward, not yours.
  • A flat price is a line item you can budget. It does not grow when your green fees do.

Estimate

Annual value of bartered tee times$81,000
TeeMarshal Pro, flat annual price$4,188
Difference per year
$76,812

At these numbers, 2 barter times a day is worth about $81,000 a year in green fees you could have collected. TeeMarshal Pro is $4,188 a year. That is about $76,812 a year that stays at your course, or roughly 19 times the cost of the software.

How this is calculated

barter value = times per day × players per time × green fee × fill rate × days open

= 2 × 4 × $45 × 75% × 300 = $81,000

TeeMarshal = $349 × 12 = $4,188

This is an estimate, not a quote or a guarantee. It uses only the numbers you enter. It does not include payment processing (Stripe's standard rate, paid by you directly to Stripe) or text messages beyond your plan allowance. Your barter terms may differ, so check your agreement.

Questions owners and head pros ask

What is a barter tee time?

Some tee sheet vendors provide software at no cash price in exchange for tee times, commonly one or two per day. The vendor sells those times on its marketplace and keeps the money. The software looks free, but the course pays with inventory, and the golfers who book those times become the marketplace's customers.

What does TeeMarshal cost?

Starter is $199 per course per month. Pro is $349. Group is $299 per course per month for 2 to 10 courses. There are no barter times, no per-booking fees, no setup fee, and no contract. Payment processing is Stripe's standard rate, paid by you directly to Stripe.

We get bookings from GolfNow. Do we lose them?

You do not have to. Leaving a barter agreement is not the same as leaving every marketplace. You can still list selected times on marketplaces that give you access, at a price floor you set, for cash instead of trade. Meanwhile your own booking site, your Google listing, and your golfer list do more of the work each month.

Who owns the golfer data?

You do. Golfers who book through TeeMarshal are your customers. You can export everything as CSV files any time, pull it through the public API, and take it with you if you leave. We do not market to your golfers and we do not run a consumer marketplace.

How long does it take to switch?

The onboarding wizard is built so a course can go from signup to a live booking site with a real test payment in under 30 minutes. Importing golfers and future bookings from GolfNow G1, foreUP, Lightspeed Golf, or Club Prophet is a file upload with a preview before anything is saved.

Is there a contract?

No. It is month to month and you can cancel inside the app. Your data export keeps working, so leaving does not mean losing your records.

Do golfers need an account or an app to book?

No. Guest checkout is the default. A returning golfer with saved details can book in five taps or fewer on a phone.

Which features are live today?

Almost everything on this site: the tee sheet, booking engine, payments, golfer CRM, messaging, reporting, importers, and API, plus the waitlist, dynamic pricing, marketing autopilot, gift cards and passes, memberships, leagues and outings, the pro shop POS, and the multi-course dashboard. Two features are still rolling out: the AI phone agent and Reserve with Google. Their pages say where each one stands.
