Marketing autopilot
Monday morning: three campaigns drafted, waiting for a yes
Most courses know they should market the slow times and never get to it. Each week TeeMarshal finds the soft spots on the sheet, picks the golfers most likely to play them, drafts the email and text in your course's voice, and asks your GM to approve. Nothing sends without that approval.
It starts from your sheet
Every Monday morning the job looks at the next seven days and finds stretches of bookable times that are under 40 percent booked, grouped by part of day.
It picks the right golfers
For each soft spot it chooses opted-in golfers who have played that part of the day before, and leaves out anyone your course has messaged in the last seven days.
It drafts, you decide
The drafts are written to sound like your past campaigns and come with a plain explanation of why each one was suggested. Your GM gets one email with approve buttons. Approving schedules the campaign for the next allowed send window. Ignoring it sends nothing.
It reports what worked
Bookings made in the 72 hours after a campaign, through its booking link, are credited to that campaign with the revenue.
The other weekly chores
A few more things that tend to fall off the list.
- A review request by text two hours after a checked-in round, at most once every 60 days per golfer
- A weekly draft post for your Google Business Profile, ready to paste
- A monthly plain-English report by email, with every figure taken from your reports
A slow Wednesday
This is a hypothetical example. On Monday the job sees Wednesday afternoon at 25 percent booked. It finds 140 opted-in golfers who have played weekday afternoons and have not heard from the course this week. It drafts a short text with a booking link and explains its reasoning. Your GM reads it over coffee, taps approve, and it sends at 10 am.
Common questions
Does anything send without approval?
No. Suggested campaigns stay as suggestions until someone at your course approves them.
Who writes the copy?
An AI model drafts it using your course details and your past campaigns as examples. You can edit anything before approving.
Will this wear out our golfers?
The job excludes anyone messaged in the last seven days, respects opt-outs and quiet hours, and only suggests campaigns when there is a real soft spot to fill.
Does it use our text allowance?
Yes. Campaign texts count toward your plan's monthly text allowance like any other text.
