Reporting
Know what the sheet did today, and why
A dashboard for the day and the week, reports you can cut by source, rate, tee, and hour, and purchase events in your own Google Analytics so you can see what your marketing actually sells.
The numbers a GM checks first
Today's rounds booked, revenue, utilization, and open prime times. This week against last week. The share of bookings that came in online.
Cut it the way you think about it
Every report exports to CSV.
- Rounds and revenue by day, week, and month
- By source: online, phone, walk-up, and more
- By rate class, by tee, and by hour of day
- Utilization heatmap by day of week and hour
- No-shows and cancellations
- Stripe payouts, fees, and refunds, with links into your Stripe dashboard
A booking funnel you can trust
See how many people viewed tee times, started checkout, and paid, and the conversion rate between each step. The figures come from TeeMarshal's own event log, so they do not depend on a browser tag firing.
GA4 purchase events, sent twice on purpose
Add your GA4 measurement ID and the booking site sends the standard ecommerce events, ending in a purchase with the revenue. The purchase is also sent from our server, so it is recorded even if the golfer closes the tab early. Meta and Google Ads conversions fire on the confirmation page when you add those IDs.
Common questions
Do we need Google Analytics to use reporting?
No. All of the reports run on TeeMarshal's own data. GA4 and ad pixels are optional and only load when you add your IDs.
Can we get the raw data out?
Yes. Every report has a CSV export, the full data export covers every table, and the public API has a daily report endpoint.
Can we see which campaign or ad led to a booking?
UTM parameters on the link a golfer followed are stored with the booking, so you can tie bookings back to a campaign or ad.
