Sell a monthly or annual membership, a season pass, or a punch card. The golfer's benefits follow them: the right rate online and at the counter, a longer booking window, cart included, without staff looking anything up.
Plans with recurring billing
Create membership plans billed monthly or annually through your course's Stripe account. Each plan maps to its benefits: a rate class, how far ahead members can book, whether a cart is included, and guest passes.
Benefits show up everywhere
A member booking online gets the member rate without a code. On the sheet, their name shows member status so the counter knows at a glance.
Failed payments handled
When a renewal payment fails, the member gets reminder emails to update their card. If it is still unpaid after the grace period, the member rate pauses until it is sorted. Members can pause or cancel from their own account page.
Passes and punch cards
Punch cards for a set number of rounds, season passes, range cards, and resident cards. Each has rules for days, time of day, and holes, and is checked each time it is used. Golfers get a reminder before a pass expires.
Gift cards
Sold on your booking site and delivered by email with a code. Redeemable at checkout as full or partial payment.

Is this available now?
Yes, on every plan. You turn on gift cards and passes yourself in your course settings. Recurring memberships are switched on for your course by us, because the plans and billing are worth setting up together. Send us a message to start.
Is this for private club dues and minimums?
No. TeeMarshal is built for public and municipal courses. It does not do member statements, food and beverage minimums, or private club accounting.
Who collects the membership payments?
Your course does, on your own Stripe account, the same as green fees.
