Check in a booking, add a cart and a bucket of balls, and take payment on a card reader, all tied to the tee sheet. It is built for green fees and a few hundred pro shop items, not for a restaurant.
Check-in is the main event
Pull up the booking, see the balance due, add a cart, range balls, or rentals, and take payment. The sheet shows the group as checked in and paid.
Quick keys and split tender
Quick keys for your top 24 products, search for the rest. Split a sale across card, cash, gift card, rain check, or a pass. Receipts by text, email, or print through the tablet's normal print dialog, with no special drivers.
Card readers through Stripe Terminal
Countertop readers connect through your course's own Stripe account, so counter sales pay out the same way online bookings do.
Simple inventory and end of day
Products have categories, tax rates, and simple on-hand counts with a low-stock report. End of day shows cash expected against cash counted, card totals, and sales by category, with CSV export.
Gift cards and passes
Sell gift cards online and at the counter and redeem them as payment anywhere. Sell punch cards, season passes, range cards, and resident cards that are attached to the golfer and checked against their rules each time they are used.
Common questions
Is this available now?
Yes, on every plan. It needs card readers and a product list set up first, so it is switched on for your course by us and not from your settings. Send us a message and we will turn it on and help you get the readers connected.
Does it do food and beverage?
No. It does not handle kitchen printers, tabs, or restaurant service, and we do not plan to. It is meant for the golf counter.
What does it cost?
Nothing extra. It is included in your plan. You buy the card readers, and counter card payments go through your own Stripe account at Stripe's in-person rate.
